Working inside the resort gates
The gate is the part outside cleaners underestimate. A crew without the right credential does not get in, and by the time that is sorted out the check-in window has gone.
So we sort access first and keep the crew list current. Inside, the resort is spread out, which makes routing matter as much as the clean: Bay side and Gulf side get grouped separately rather than sending a van zig-zagging across the property between turns.
Baytowne events shift the traffic too. On festival and fireworks weekends we start earlier, because moving a van through the village at 3pm is not a plan.
What a Sandestin turnover covers
- Beds stripped and remade with fresh laundered linens
- Bathrooms cleaned and sanitized, towels replaced, amenities restocked
- Kitchen cleaned down, fridge emptied, dishwasher run and put away
- Floors vacuumed and mopped, sand included
- Trash and recycling out on the resort's schedule
- Sliders, door tracks, and glass wiped down

- Inventory and damage report when the crew leaves
Villas with outdoor showers or a private plunge pool get those checked as well. Sand tracked in from an outdoor shower is the most common thing we catch before a guest ever notices it.
What vacation rental cleaning costs in Sandestin
A one-bedroom resort condo, a three-bedroom villa, and a golf course home are three different prices, so we do not publish a single rate. What moves it: bedrooms and bathrooms, bed and linen count, outdoor space, and whether pets are allowed.
After one walkthrough you get a fixed per-turn price that holds week to week. If you run several units inside the resort, we price them together, because grouping turns on the same side of the property saves us time and that should show up in your number.
