A recurring clean covers the residence in full: kitchens and baths reset, floors on every level, interior glass, and the surfaces that hold dust between visits. Properties here run from golf-side villas to bayfront houses, so the scope is set on a walk-through rather than assumed from an address.
Sandestin properties usually have more than one entrance in use — a front door, a cart-side door and often a bay or pool door. Each one brings its own grit, so thresholds and tracks are cleaned on every visit at all of them, not just at the front.
Kitchens and primary baths take the largest share of the visit, and in the bayside houses so does the glass. We work the range, hood, sink surround, mirrors and fittings, then reset the rooms so the house reads finished.

The detail work changes across the resort. Gulf-side residences carry salt on the inside of sliders and rails; bayside houses hold more damp and need the airing and the glass rather than the salt film worked off.
Stairwells, rails and the fittings above head height are the standing detail items in the multi-level villas. They are the surfaces nobody reaches between deep cleans and the first ones an arriving owner notices.
Rooms that were not used since the last visit are still opened, aired, dusted and checked. In a property that sits closed between stays, a shut room is the one that smells wrong on arrival.

The resort is gated, so the crew needs a pass and the vehicle registered before the first visit. We arrange that with the property's contact ahead of time, which means a first clean here is booked with more lead time than one outside the gate.
Once a property is set up, owners generally run a standing rotation with a heavier clean before they arrive. We hold the same crew on the property and work to a key or code so nobody needs to meet us at the door.
Anything we find is photographed and sent the same day. Property management duties beyond the clean carry an additional charge, so we agree on them before we take them on rather than putting them on an invoice afterwards.

Bedrooms, bathrooms and levels set the baseline, and access adds to it. A villa reached on a cart path with a carry from the parking area takes longer than the same house on a driveway, and that shows in the quote rather than in the schedule.
Frequency is the other half. A residence on a standing schedule holds its condition and each visit is shorter, while one opened twice a year needs a deep clean first. Some properties need an in-person look before we can price them, payment is due at the time of service, and we are bonded and insured.
