Condo buildings have their own rules
Every building here handles service access differently. Some restrict cart movement through the lobby at certain hours, and some route everything through a single service elevator that a dozen other units are also waiting on.
We plan around that rather than discovering it at the door. Linens arrive staged for the unit and crews schedule around the building's constraints, so a slow elevator is our problem rather than a late check-in for your guest.
Salt is the other Laguna particular. Gulf-front balconies build a fine salt film on railings, glass, and furniture that a dry sweep just moves around. It gets washed rather than brushed, because it is the first thing a guest touches when they open the slider.
