We arrange building access with the owner or the association before the first clean, so the first visit is booked with more lead time. After that the schedule is routine.
Owners generally run a heavier clean before they arrive and lighter visits in between. We hold the same crew on the residence, work to a key or code, and photograph anything that needs attention the same day.
