A recurring clean covers the house in full — kitchens and baths reset, floors on every level, interior glass, and the surfaces that hold dust between visits. Seacrest houses sit close together around shared water, and that shapes what arrives inside them.
Pool traffic is the local variable. Wet feet, damp towels and sand come through the back door all day, so that entry, its threshold and the floor inside it are cleaned every visit, and the rooms nearest it get the closest look.
Kitchens and baths take the largest share of the visit. With more beds per house than most 30A streets, the baths here work harder between visits than the bedroom count suggests.

Bunk rooms are their own job. More beds in a room means more linens, more edges, more floor under furniture and more surfaces at child height, and we scope them as a room in their own right.
The rooms off the pool door take the damp. Baseboards, door frames and the base of walls near that entry are on the standing scope, because that is where the mark of a wet season shows first in a house this close to shared water.
Interior glass gets its own pass. Houses packed this tightly block each other's airflow, so glass holds a film longer here than it does on an open lot, and it is what makes a clean house still look dull.

When the whole cluster is occupied, the streets and the parking around them fill, so we book Seacrest visits in blocks by street and hold to arrival windows rather than working across two towns in a day.
Owners generally run a heavier clean before they arrive and lighter visits between stays. We keep the same crew on the property and work to a key or code so nobody has to be there to let us in.
Anything we find is photographed and sent the same day. Property management duties beyond the clean carry an additional charge, agreed before we take them on.

Beds and baths set the price here more than floor area. A house with two bunk rooms sleeps like a much larger property and cleans like one, and the quote is built on that rather than on square footage.
Frequency does the rest. A house on a standing rotation holds its condition and each visit is shorter; one opened a few times a year needs a deep clean first. Some properties need an in-person look before we can quote, payment is due at the time of service, and we are bonded and insured.
