A recurring clean covers the house floor by floor: kitchens and baths reset, floors throughout, interior glass, and the surfaces that hold dust between visits. Inlet Beach houses run to three and four levels, so the visit is planned as a route through the house rather than a room list.
The pool deck and the door off it are the working entry in most of these houses. Sand and water come in there rather than at the front, so that threshold, its tracks and the floor inside are cleaned every visit.
Kitchens and primary baths take the largest share, and there are usually more baths here than in an older house of the same footprint. Large islands, stone surfaces and glass are what the time goes on.

The stairwell is the longest single job in a four-floor house: rails, risers, the wall beside them, and the fittings above head height on every landing. Nobody reaches those between deep cleans, and they are visible from every floor.
Bunk rooms are scoped as rooms in their own right. More beds means more linens, more edges and more floor under furniture than the bedroom count implies, and pricing that honestly is easier than discovering it on the day.
Top-floor rooms hold heat and dust between visits, and in a new build they are usually the rooms furthest from anyone's routine. They get opened, aired and worked through every time.

A house on four levels does not fit the same visit length as a wide house of the same area, so we scope Inlet Beach properties on a walk-through and book the visit to the house rather than to a standard slot.
Where there is an elevator we use it, which makes the upper floors quicker and changes the quote. Where there is not, the carry between floors is the thing that sets the time.
Owners generally run a heavier clean before arrival and lighter visits between stays. We hold the same crew on the property, work to a key or code, and photograph anything that needs the owner's attention the same day we find it.

Beds, baths and floors set the price, in that order. A four-bedroom house over four levels with five baths carries more work than a six-bedroom house on two, and pricing on bedrooms alone would get that wrong.
Frequency is the other lever. A house on a standing rotation holds its condition and each visit is shorter, while a house opened a few times a year needs a deep clean first. Some properties need an in-person look before we can quote, payment is due at the time of service, and we are bonded and insured.
